河北旅游职业学院学报

工学结合是高职教育的发展方向,是中外高职教育人才培养的共同经验和必由之路。国家推行示范性高职院校建设工程以来,部分院校酒店管理专业被列为重点专业进行建设,对如何开展工学结合培养专业人才进行了丰富而深入的理论研究和实践探索,并总结出了一系列具体模式。我们围绕酒店管理专业工学结合模式应用的现状及其实施路径进行深入研究,分析与思考存在问题,为后期探索解决对策及建立相关保障机制建立基础。

Work-integrated learning is not only the development direction of higher vocational education,but is also the common experience and the only road of personnel training in the higher vocational education at home and abroad.Since the demonstration vocational colleges construction was carried out in China,the hotel management specialty in some colleges was listed as an emphasis on professional construction,a rich and deep theoretical research and practice has been made in how to train professionals through the work-integrated learning,and a series of specific modes were summed up.We have made a further research on present situation of the application of the hotel management work-integrated learning mode and its implementation path,and laid a foundation to explore the late solutions and establish related guarantee mechanism by analyzing and pondering the problems.
